1Definitions

3Your wowph98 Account

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one account at wowph98. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wowph98 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. wowph98 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

• wowph98 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges

5Withdrawals

wowph98 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must comply with wowph98's anti-money laundering procedures.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction
• GCash and Maya withdrawals: typically processed within 15 minutes
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processed within 1–2 banking days
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by the wowph98 team
• wowph98 does not deduct withdrawal fees from the player's withdrawal amount

5.1 Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal

For withdrawals involving bonus funds or promotional credits, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full before a withdrawal request will be approved by wowph98. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from the withdrawal amount.

5.2 Withdrawal Holds

wowph98 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for security review purposes, including but not limited to: incomplete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, accounts under investigation, and transactions that trigger wowph98's anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.

6Bonuses and Promotions

wowph98 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses at wowph98 unless stated otherwise:

• Each player may claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied

7Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting, football betting, and other wagering activities at wowph98. Game-specific rules for individual products such as JILI Slots, Pusoy, Color Game, and Virtual Sports are published within each game lobby.

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by wowph98. Bets placed after the official start time of a match or event — where pre-match markets are concerned — will be voided and your stake refunded, unless the bet was placed as part of live in-play betting on a clearly designated live market.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7.3 Void Bets and Refunds

wowph98 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in published odds, events cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required playing time, system errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, and matches or events ruled null and void by the governing body.

7.4 Palpable Errors

If wowph98 publishes odds that are clearly incorrect — for example, a result due to a data feed error or a human pricing mistake where the published odds bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of the outcome — wowph98 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund all stakes.

8Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

wowph98 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with wowph98 in place of a human player
• Accessing wowph98 using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to disguise your true location
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in card games, live dealer games, or sports betting
• Money laundering — using wowph98 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds to conceal their origin
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information to wowph98

wowph98's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of a single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Account Suspension and Closure

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using wowph98, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

wowph98 operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have an unresolved dispute with wowph98 after exhausting our internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR using the official complaint channels published on the PAGCOR website.

14Changes to These Terms
